Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs, ensuring smooth front desk operations and an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, handle room assignments, answer questions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain a seamless stay for visitors across all front desk duties.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
