Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group in Nashville is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and support daily front desk operations for a memorable guest experience.

You will work with a friendly team, handle front desk systems and payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and provide local information to guests. Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
