Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking Full/Part Time Guest Services Agents in Nashville, TN. You will greet guests, register them, assist with check-out and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

You will develop knowledge of hotel information, room categories, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer questions and resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting and registering guests.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle payments.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information and assigning rooms.
• Assist guests with check-out, ensuring all services and payments are properly recorded.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, room categories, rates, packages, promotions and local area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues promptly and politely.
• Field guest complaints, conduct research and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, relay and communicate messages to guests.
