Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Services / Front Desk Representative (full or part-time) in Nashville, TN. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service during check-in and stay, handling inquiries and coordinating with teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires friendly communication, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• Provide outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out and in-person or phone interactions.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel systems and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently while upholding high standards.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with clerical tasks, basic accounting, and PMS/system operations as needed.
• Promote hotel services and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and hotel assets.
