Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer and confirming guest details.
• Assist guests with check-out, handling payments, and processing various forms of payment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information (rooms, rates, promotions) and answer guest questions.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Receive, input, relay messages to guests and handle guest requests.
