Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per company guidelines. The role emphasizes delivering a superior guest experience and maintaining front desk operations in a clean, organized environment.

The GSR will promote ESA services, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues using the Make it Right process while adhering to safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with guests and colleagues.
• Experience using property management software is preferred.
• Ability to follow company safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries and processing requests.
• Check guests in and out and handle payments accurately.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain front desk areas, lobby, and common areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Promote ESA services and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow Make it Right processes to resolve guest issues promptly.
