Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and check in/out; collect payment per guidelines.
• Process reservations and registrations in accordance with procedures.
• Handle balances and maintain cash, card, and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and guest areas.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Gather guest information per guidelines and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report issues promptly.
• Assist with breakfast setup, maintenance, and takedown when required.
