Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations per ESA guidelines.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process payments and manage cash, credit card and city ledger balances.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby and guest areas in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with breakfast setup, maintenance and breakdown as needed.
• Follow safety and security policies and report issues promptly to management.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert inquiries into reservations.
