Job summary

Extended Stay America in Dearborn, MI seeks a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and collect payments according to policies. The GSR will maintain a clean, organized front desk and promote ESA services to drive reservations.

The role requires English proficiency, strong customer service, and the ability to use the property management system. You will work with the team to ensure safety, security, and a great guest experience nightly.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• English proficiency to interact with guests and team members.
• Front desk/guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to process payments and perform basic accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Check-in/check-out and process reservations and payments per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues using Make it Right and uphold ESA service standards.
• Maintain front desk area and compliance with safety procedures.
• Promote ESA services and upsell where appropriate to convert inquiries to reservations.
