Job summary

Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines.

You will handle front desk paperwork and ensure safety and security procedures are followed for guests and associates. The role emphasizes delivering a high level of hospitality, resolving guest requests through Make it Right, processing reservations, maintaining a clean lobby, and supporting breakfast service and other daily

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient English communication with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to operate front desk technology and perform audit tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payments per guidelines.
• Handle guest requests with follow-through and resolve issues through Make it Right.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per procedures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property.
• Keep breakfast display set up and ensure a clean, organized lobby and areas.
