Job summary

Extended Stay America in Nashville, TN is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support guests through check-in/out, payment collection, and front desk operations. You will ensure accurate daily paperwork and uphold safety procedures.

You will respond to guest requests, convert inquiries into reservations, and maintain a clean, organized lobby and desk area, while promoting ESA’s service culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests, answers phones, checks guests in and out, and collects payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Completes front office daily paperwork and ensures safety and security procedures are followed.
• Handles reservations, registration, payment, and departures.
• Maintains and balances cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
