Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support guests from check-in to check-out and handle payments. The role requires accuracy in front desk procedures, strong service orientation, and the ability to maintain clean and organized public areas.

You will assist guests, answer phones, and help ensure a positive experience in a busy hotel environment. Responsibilities include processing reservations, registrations, and departures, handling payments, and promoting ESA

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient operation of the property management system software.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures in daily tasks.
• Complete routine reports and front desk paperwork.
• Use basic math for payments and reconciliations.
• Apply good judgment and resolve guest issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and answer phones.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts for the property.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Keep front desk and public areas organized and clean.
