Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Strong English communication with guests and vendors
• Proficient operation of the property management system
• Ability to perform audits and shift reports
• Basic math for payments and balancing cash

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process
• Maintain front desk, lobby and common areas according to standards
• Sell ESA value and convert inquiries to reservations
