Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phones, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. You will maintain front desk paperwork and ensure the lobby area stays organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and ability to run shift reports and audits.
• Understand and comply with safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply good judgment and solve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with diligent follow-through and resolve issues using the Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures following company guidelines.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and ensure the lobby and common areas are clean and organized.
