Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, check in/out, and process payments according to company procedures. You will help ensure safety and complete front desk paperwork.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, selling ESA experience, handling reservations, and maintaining a clean lobby and front desk area while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience or exposure to front desk duties.
• Ability to process reservations, check-ins/outs and payments.
• Basic math and cash handling skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones, and assist with inquiries.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and uphold safety procedures.
• Assist with breakfast setup, lobby cleanliness and public areas.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote ESA offerings.
