Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly assist guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle payments in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will process reservations, inspections, and daily front desk tasks while maintaining safety and cleanliness across public areas.

You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience, respond to requests, and uphold ESA service standards, including breakfast setup and property tours to verify brand compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English for guest and vendor interaction.
• Operate property management systems and audit shift reports.
• Read and follow safety and procedure documents.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and correspondence.
• Perform basic math for payments and cash handling.
• Apply good judgment in all situations.
• Resolve guest issues using approved processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out and collect payment.
• Process reservations and maintain front desk paperwork.
• Handle cash, credit cards and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain breakfast display and front desk areas.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Gather guest information and identify sales leads.
• Ensure property meets brand standards during tours.
