Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk and lobby areas; ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Upsell to convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
