Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and handle payments at the front desk. You will maintain a clean, organized lobby and promote ESA's service culture while delivering a positive guest experience.

The role requires English proficiency, attention to detail in cash handling, and the ability to resolve guest requests with professionalism. This is an on-site full-time position with weekly pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong English communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using the property management system and performing audits when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest common areas to company standards.
