Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is hiring a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon services, and support the services team in achieving sales targets. You will handle bookings, guest records, and events while delivering a high-quality, 360-degree guest experience.

This role requires strong customer service, solid product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail/salon environment. A high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system, Apple devices, Services Booking System)
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions, in-person and over the phone.
• Support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager in achieving service and sales goals.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy and efficiency.
• Manage services bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Promote promotions and events and invite guests to try services and products.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and state guidelines.
• Attend trainings and contribute to a positive guest experience.
