Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services and events. You will support Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager with bookings, guest records, and store flow, ensuring a seamless 360° guest experience.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with guests and team members. Flexible schedule and performance-driven environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel channels.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges professionally.
• Support services team with scheduling, bookings, and guest records.
• Promote services and events with knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Assist in appointment pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition.
