Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through in-store and phone interactions.
• Support the services team by managing bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Recommend services and products to guests to enhance their experience and drive sales.
• Help meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
