Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon and services, and support performance and guest experience in-store. You will handle bookings, provide friendly, knowledgeable service, and help grow the services business across salon, skincare, and haircare areas.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a customer-first mindset, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, booking system).
• Strong sales, product knowledge and serviced-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services through guest interactions in-store and over the phone.
• Book appointments, manage the services booking system, and assist guests with inquiries.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Support the services team and drive guest engagement and events.
