Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions in-store and over the phone.
• Support service providers by handling bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Inform guests of promotions and events; invite them to try services and product recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Build guest relationships and contribute to achieving sales goals.
