Job summary

Ulta Beauty is looking for a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services through in-store and phone interactions, representing the brand with warmth and professionalism.

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by handling bookings, guest records, scheduling, and promotions, while delivering an unrivaled guest experience and sales results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS, Apple devices, and the services booking system.
• Strong communication and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services.
• Handle sales, refunds, exchanges, and service bookings with courtesy.
• Assist services team by managing the scheduling system and guest records.
• Inform guests about promotions and events and upsell services.
• Support in-store events and maintain excellent guest service standards.
