Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon services, and drive retail and service sales. The role supports the Experience Manager and ASM, handling bookings, guest records, and event coordination in-store.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, manage phone and in-person interactions, and help maintain a welcoming, organized salon environment while contributing to sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology, sales, and service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Assist the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) with scheduling, guest records, and salon flow.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy and accuracy.
• Inform guests about promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Support service providers with bookings, rebooking, and new guest acquisition behaviors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all service areas.
