Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, booking system).
• Demonstrated competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Support service providers with appointment pages, rebooking, and guest acquisition.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, products, and services to advise guests.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state-board guidelines; ensure operational standards.
