Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team with booking system, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Promote promotions and events; invite guests to try services and products.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
