Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, register and checkout guests, and process payments in line with company guidelines. The role emphasizes accuracy, friendly service, and adherence to safety procedures across the front desk and common areas.

The GSR will maintain breakfast setup, assist with housekeeping cross-training, and contribute to a clean, organized lobby while representing ESA's service culture in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and associates.
• Experience with front desk operations and payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk areas and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger accounts accurately.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues through Make it Right.
