Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver the best possible guest experience. The GSR assists guests, answers phones, checks guests in and out, and collects payment according to company guidelines.

This role involves handling reservations, maintaining front desk paperwork, ensuring safety and security procedures, and supporting breakfast service and housekeeping as needed. Candidates should be customer oriented and able to resolve guest issues through ESA's Make

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Check guests in and out and handle payments per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process and treat guests with respect.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest spaces in compliance with standards.
• Sell ESA value and convert inquiries to reservations and occupied rooms.
