Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and collect payments per company guidelines. You will maintain a clean front desk, participate in breakfast setup, and assist with housekeeping cross-coverage when needed.

Strong English skills and experience with a property management system are essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking and writing to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to operate the property management system and complete shift reports.
• Strong customer service mindset with a helper attitude toward guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at check-in/check-out and process payments according to policy.
• Answer phones, respond to requests, and escalate issues using Make it Right when needed.
• Maintain front desk area, assist with breakfast setup, and ensure overall property cleanliness.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations and occupancy.
• Adhere to safety, cash handling, and security procedures at all times.
