Qualifications

• Strong English communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to handle payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and respond to inquiries.
• Answer phones, process reservations, and collect payments per policy.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with daily front office tasks.
• Support breakfast area setup and property cleanliness as needed.
• Adhere to safety, security, and company procedures.
