Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer phones, and process payments in line with company guidelines.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent guest experiences, handling reservations, maintaining front desk areas, and upholding safety and security standards while contributing to a friendly, efficient hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication with guests and staff.
• Experience with property management system (PMS) and shift/audit reports.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic for cash handling.
• Demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving for guest issues.
• Ability to assist with front desk and guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones; check-in/out and collect payment.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Resolve guest issues using Make it Right process.
• Maintain front desk areas and breakfast display.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Promote ESA and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Maintain property cleanliness and support housekeeping as needed.
