Ballast Wax, a multi-unit European Wax Center franchisee, is seeking a Guest Service Associate for our Napa center at 633 Trancas Street. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a warm welcome, educating guests on services, and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly.

You will drive guest experience and sales, meet rebooking targets, process transactions, and collaborate with a friendly team. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Able to educate guests on services and products.
