European Wax Center in Marina Del Rey, CA is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and drive center revenue. This in-person role requires greeting guests, promoting services, scheduling reservations, processing payments, and maintaining a polished center environment.

You’ll join a dynamic team with strong sales goals, opportunities for training in waxing techniques and product knowledge, and a culture that rewards collaboration and performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
