Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Bellevue, KY is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience across shifts. You will supervise associates, train leaders, and maintain store standards while complying with all laws, including alcohol and tobacco sales.

This full-time role requires strong communication, coaching, and cash handling skills as you manage opening/closing duties, POS use, inventory, and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail or food service operations.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Compliance with laws and company policies (alcohol/tobacco sales).

Responsibilities

• Managing other Associates: assign, monitor, coach, and train staff.
• Store Administration: ordering, reports, paperwork as directed.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests and maintain readiness.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, sundaes, and related items.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle transactions and payments.
• Stocking and merchandising: keep shelves and coolers filled and presentable.
• Security: monitor guests, manage cash drops, and deter theft.
• Maintenance: keep store and equipment clean and safe.
• Reporting: accurate time records and required documents.
• Other duties as assigned by Management
