Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Kentucky is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding service and smooth shift operations, guiding staff to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and maintain store conditions.

The role requires leadership of associates, cash handling, POS and gas sales, compliance with alcohol/tobacco laws, and a focus on greeting guests and ensuring a safe, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Full-time schedule 37–40 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shift associates to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Perform store administration tasks and support the Store Manager.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-stocked store conditions at all times.
• Handle transactions, including cash, cards, and checks, accurately.
• Monitor compliance with laws and company policies during all shifts.
