Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across all shifts. You will supervise associates, coach Leaders, handle store administration, and ensure high standards in service, cleanliness, and safety.

You’ll operate the POS and gas system, prepare DipSide items, manage stock, and protect cash with proper drop procedures while keeping accurate time records and supporting management on duty.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Excellent guest service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shifts, monitor performance, and interview applicants.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork as directed by management.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and maintain store readiness and cleanliness.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain product quality.
• Operate POS and gas console, authorizing and recording transactions.
• Stock shelves and ensure dip cabinet, coffee pots, and ice dispensers are presentable and stocked.
• Maintain security and follow cash drop procedures.
• Keep store and equipment safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Complete time records and related documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
