UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Assistant Manager to ensure exceptional Guest service by leading the Hi Five experience and supervising staff during 37-40 hour work weeks across 1st–3rd shifts.

The role requires compliance with all laws and company policies, including sales of alcohol and tobacco, and focuses on store performance, guest satisfaction, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsabilités

• Managing other Associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, train Shift Leaders.
• Store Administration: ordering, review of weekly delivery reports, transfer of products, paperwork.
• Overall Guest Services: deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests, ensure satisfaction and return intent.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes/malts, ice cream, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• POS and Gas Console: process transactions, handle coins, cash, credit cards and checks.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves and freezers full, ensure dip cabinet is presentable, rotate stock.
• Security: monitor guests, control cash, follow tobacco/alcohol management programs.
• Maintenance: keep store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Reporting: accurate time records and Customer First documents.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
