UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will supervise associates, ensure clean store conditions, manage cash and POS, and uphold safety and compliance during your shift.

You will train Shift Leaders, monitor delivery reports, handle alcohol and tobacco transactions where required, and strive to exceed customer service standards while maintaining product freshness and proper stock rotation.

Qualificações

• Must be legally able to sell alcohol and tobacco per state law.
• Strong customer service focus and guest-first mentality.
• Experience supervising teams in retail or food service.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates, assign duties, and coach staff on the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store administration, ordering, and weekly delivery checks.
• Ensure greeting Guests, readiness, and service quality at all times.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and cash drops.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, maintain clean, safe store conditions.
• Maintain security and compliance with tobacco/alcohol policies.
