Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is hiring an Assistant Manager in Kentucky to ensure outstanding guest service by leading the Hi Five Guest Experience across shifts. You will supervise associates, manage store operations, and uphold safety and compliance during your shift.

The role requires effective communication, team development, and the ability to handle cash transactions, alcohol and tobacco sales where permitted by law. Full-time hours and a dynamic fast-paced environment await.

Qualifications

• State laws allow alcohol and tobacco sales; must be legally qualified.
• Excellent guest service and team leadership skills.
• Full time schedule of 37–40 hours with 1st–3rd shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates, assign duties, and conduct interviews as needed.
• Oversee store operations and administer weekly reports and paperwork.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure customer satisfaction throughout shifts.
• Operate DipSide items and ensure POS and gas console accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, security, and inventory rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
