The Kelly Birmingham, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in Birmingham, AL, seeks a front desk leader to warmly welcome guests and ensure exceptional service throughout their stay. You will guide the Guest Services team to deliver memorable experiences and foster repeat business from first contact to departure.

In this role you will supervise the front desk, streamline check-in and check-out, and train new staff while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• 2 years' combined experience in guest services with supervisory responsibilities in hotels or related field.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office; basic math for financial reporting.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems such as OPERA or OnQ is a plus.

• Promote exceptional customer service by modeling the standard of service.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
• Foster strong working relationships between Guest Services and other departments.
• Optimize the check-in/check-out process for seamless guest experiences.
