Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, answer calls, and assist with guest requests to ensure a seamless stay.

Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred; proficiency with MS Office and checkout systems like PEP PMS is a plus. This full-time role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Previous experience with PEP PMS system a plus.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
• One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with PEP PMS system a plus.
