Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the crew delivers excellent service. The role emphasizes keeping the line clean, training staff, and maintaining food safety standards.

You will supervise breaks, shifts, and meetings, assist with crew development, and handle basic office duties. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with knowledge of cash handling and strong communication

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supply management.
