Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also involves keeping the restaurant line organized, training crew, and ensuring proper function of line equipment.

The Service Leader will monitor food safety, assist with crew shifts and breaks, and help develop future leaders, while supporting routine office duties and cash handling policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served and that crew is well trained.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
