Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and support daily restaurant operations on the floor and in the office.

You will lead training, monitor crews, assist with performance reviews, and help develop future leaders while handling routine admin tasks and ensuring adherence to food safety and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues as needed.
• Support food safety practices and policies.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and paperwork.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies.
