Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma.
• Understand cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, high‑quality food.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides great customer service.
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork as needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support performance reviews.
