Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a safe, high-quality dining experience while coaching the restaurant crew. You’ll keep the line clean, trained, and ready to serve; monitor safety, drives crew performance, and help resolve customer issues with a friendly, efficient approach.

You’ll lead front-of-house operations, schedule line staffing, and support office duties as needed. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department considerations.
• Able to read/write/understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues when needed.
• Support food safety practices on the line (hand washing, glove changes, temps).
• Address customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
