Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and motivated.

The role requires hands-on leadership to manage line operations, ensure safety standards, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Candidates should have restaurant experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety through hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are available.
