Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers. You will be accountable for guest experience, retail sales, and services, including the salon, boutiques, and makeup, while driving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include promoting accountability, improving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets, and coaching staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, managers and boutique leads.
• Own guest experience, retail sales and services, driving NPS and guest satisfaction.
• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Develop and coach direct reports and participate in ongoing training and development.
