Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, and coordinators. You will drive guest experience, retail and services sales, and NPS, while upholding Ulta’s mission, values, and standards across assigned stores.

The role requires developing talent, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining compliance with all policies to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience and strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Drive guest experience and satisfaction including makeup, skincare, and services.
• Manage guest engagement, appointments, and boutique operations to meet APGs.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Develop and coach team members to improve performance and guest service.
